Shaping the City

In the programme Shaping the City, pupils explore the city as a shared environment and consider how architecture, public spaces and urban planning respond to people’s needs, ideas and values. Through a tour of ArkDes Collection: Without Borders, they encounter different perspectives on how our built environment has been shaped and transformed over time. In the concluding workshop the pupils designs and build a city of their own, exploring ideas around functions, democracy sustainability and the future public space.

The program is free of charge. Max 30 pupils per session.

ArkDes reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of 1000 SEK.
