For the past five years, the museum curators have, like detectives, gone through ArkDes collection: organizing, catalouging and digitising. Hear more about the collection highlights and the discovery of previously unknown objects and stories.

ArkDes Collection consists of over four million drawings, sketches, photographs, letter and models, from 1850 to present day, and is one of the world´s largest architecture collections.

They are what remains of the process, creativity, visions and people behind Sweden´s built environment. It is a living collection that not only help us understand and reevaluate history, but also brings us closer to the individuals who shaped modern Sweden.
