About

ArkDes, the Swedish Centre for Architecture and Design, is a national museum and government agency working across Sweden to promote and develop the role of architecture and design in society. The collection comprises around four million objects, and at the museum on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm, visitors can explore exhibitions, lectures and workshops. ArkDes also conducts practice-based research and supports municipalities in creating vibrant and attractive cities.
