The documentary “Lewerentz Divine Darkness” is now available on SVT Play

Sigurd Lewerentz is one of the most prominent architects of modern times and one of Sweden’s most significant artists. ArkDes manages his rich collection of 13,000 drawings, sketches, and photographs.

The ArkDes exhibition Sigurd Lewerentz: Architect of Death and Life and the comprehensive book of the same name have received widespread attention.

Now, the documentary Lewerentz Divine Darkness by Sven Blume is being released on SVT Play, a personal portrait of the legendary and acclaimed architect Sigurd Lewerentz. The film is largely based on research and material from ArkDes’ unique collection.
