How does architecture create the conditions for good-neighbourly relations? How do we get along in the stairwell, in the co-housing community, on the street, or at the cemetery?
Welcome to a guided tour where we take a closer look at neighbourly relationships in the exhibition ArkDes Collection and how they reflect the needs and ideals of different periods. Here you will find examples of places where many people can feel at home, environments where people step on each other’s toes, and creative proposals for how spaces can be shared. Together, we reflect on how architecture promotes—or hinders—good neighbourliness.
