Conference Living City 2026

Discover the examples leading the way and meet the visionaries making our cities more resilient, greener and more attractive.

At the Living Cities conference, professionals from across the built environment sector come together to explore current research and inspiring examples of how we can create cities and communities that combine resilience, innovation and high-quality design.

On 6 October, we will gather to hear inspiring speakers and discuss this year’s theme: visions, values and wellbeing. This year’s international speakers include Meriem Chabani, managing director of the award-winning French architecture practice New South ↗, Trude Schjelderup Iversen, senior curator at KORO (Public Art Norway) ↗, and Markus Miessen, architect, researcher and founder of Cultures of Assembly ↗.

Join the conversation about visions that can carry us into the future, and how design can contribute to living environments that support wellbeing.
