Book Launch: Mr Funkis

The author Anders Wahlgren met 80 year old Sven Markelius for the first time in 1969 in connection with the construction of Markelius´ last building, Sverigehuset, in Stockholm. After that first encounter, they continued seeing each othe on several occassions between 1969-1972 in Markelius´villa in Kevinge.

Book launch and conversation with author Anders Wahlgren and Daniel Golling, curator, ArkDes, about one of Sweden´s leading architects and founders of Swedish functionalism.

The book, Mr Funkis – Encounters With Achitect Sven Markelius, will also be available at a special price in connection with the event.
