The ArkDes Collection tells the story of how buildings, ideas, and places have shaped modern Sweden.

This exhibition takes you behind the scenes of architecture, following the journey from the first sketches to finished buildings. Learn more about Swedish architectural history through the works of notable architects, and reflect on how architecture shapes the world we live in today—and tomorrow.

This guided tour provides a short introduction to the exhibition, ArkDes Collection, and architecture in Sweden over the past 150 years.

The guided tour lasts approximately 20 minutes and is held in Swedish.

Saturdays 15:00–15:20.

The guided tour begins in the first section of the exhibition, Visioner, which is part of the ArkDes Collection.

The activity is free of charge and requires no prior experience.
The guided tour is also available in English on Saturdays at 11:00.
