ArkDes will become part of the government agency Moderna Museet

The Government has decided that the tasks of ArkDes and the Public Art Agency ↗ will be subsumed into Moderna Museet. As of 1 January 2026, both organisations will form a part of the government agency Moderna Museet.

ArkDes can still be followed and contacted through its current website and social media channels, just as usual. During an initial period, the agency will work in an interim organization. This arrangement will remain in place until a long-term organization is established, which is planned to take place during 2026.
