Young Swedish Design 2015
Discover the most intriguing new designs from Sweden’s young creatives. The exhibition Young Swedish Design displays unique pieces from a range of disciplines: from product design to crafts.
On display are 22 contributions in areas such as product design, textile, fashion, handicrafts and furniture that have been selected by a high-profile jury consisting of, among others, the architect Gert Wingårdh, the fashion designer Bea Szenfeld and the designers Petra Lilja and Samir Alj Fält.
Young Swedish Design (Ung Svensk Form) is an award and an exhibition that aims to increase and broaden awareness of young, innovative Swedish design. With amazing craftsmanship and new expression, this is a chance to see what is going on in the field of Swedish design.
The exhibition is the result of an award with the same name. Young Swedish Design 2015 is a co-production by ArkDes and Svensk Form (The Swedish Society of Crafts and Design), with support from IKEA and Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair.
