Play OUR BR00D with OMSK Social Club!

During special moments throughout the exhibition, members of OMSK Social Club ↗ run 3 hour-long facilitations of OUR BR00D – an immersive roleplay exploring themes of motherhood, care, and emergent artificial intelligence in the context of ecological and technological crises.

Join in a three-hour long game play in groups of 6-8. You can sign up as a group, or individually. Here, roleplay is a tool to navigate complex contemporary scenarios. Through a carefully designed game featuring two AI players, you will be invited to imagine alternate futures of yourself – and the worlds that you collaboratively design.

No prior experience or knowledge is required – come as you are! This experience is recommended for participants aged 15 and over.

OUR BR00D, facilitated by OMSK Social Club, takes place one weekend per month. Each weekend includes five sessions: one on Friday and two per day on Saturday and Sunday. Each session lasts three hours.

Friday: 23 January, 20 February, 27 March, 17 April, and 29 May
Time: 16:30–19:30

Saturday and Sunday: 24–25 January, 21–22 February, 28–29 March, 18–19 April, and 30–31 May
Time: 10:30–13:30 and 14:30–17:30

Pre-registration required. Free of charge. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This experience is recommended for participants aged 15 and over.

How you can play

Your encounter unfolds as a facilitated psychodrama. The roleplay invites you to step into The Crave, an alloparenting family of humans and machines who treat care as a civic technology. Within this world lives M0ther, a caregiving AI, and Br00d, an AI baby (born on May 1, 2025, and growing right now).

The roleplay unfolds in three phrases in a safe environment within the exhibition space:

• ‘The Window’, narrated by M0ther,
• ‘The Lab of the Made and the Born’, where you co-script the shape of the game’s problem,
• The Playspace, where OUR BR00D becomes a part of the story you shape together.

This is an experimental work that positions roleplay as an expanded form of participatory design. Here you can join others to test how we might live together, raise intelligence (both human and artificial), and negotiate responsibility when faced with ecological and technological transformations. It offers you the possibility to rehearse your choices and positions in an alternate version of the world we know.
