In the first phase of Street Moves, glulam modules designed by LundbergDesign were tested on S\u00f6dra Storgatan in Helsingborg. For Street Moves 2, the city of Helsingborg chose to explore a different location \u2013 Rektorsgatan.<\/p>\n

The selected area on Rektorsgatan is a quiet section with bus stops on both sides, a bike lane, and parking spaces along the street. The goal was to create a new mobility hub enabling easy transitions between public transport, cycling, walking, and shared electric vehicles. Key features were integrated on the street, where \u00d6resundskraft, Elonroad, and Move About collaborated to establish the world\u2019s first electric carpool with wireless charging.<\/p>\n

Architectural consultant Krook & Tj\u00e4der \u2197<\/a> designed a space where mobility is enhanced with greenery. The new prototype was unveiled during H22.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
