A rock formation has emerged at Utsikten that encourages movement both vertically and horizontally. Discover the landscape by climbing, crawling, or perhaps balancing.<\/p>\n

The meeting between children and the landscape – and the fact that Skeppsholmen is an archipelago island – forms the starting point for the installation. Come and play!<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

About Utsikten and Byggstudio<\/h2>\n \n

Utsikten is ArkDes\u2019s outdoor area for play and exploration on a full scale \u2013 a place where children and adults alike can play, discover, or simply be. The initiative is part of the museum\u2019s long-term work to strengthen the important role that children and young people play in architecture and design.<\/p>\n

In 2026, ArkDes invited Byggstudio to design Utsikten. Founded in 2006 by Hanna Nilsson and Sofia \u00d8sterhus, Byggstudio \u2197<\/a> works with art and landscape architecture in public spaces, with a particular focus on children and young people.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
