Discover the most intriguing new designs from Sweden’s young creatives. The exhibition Young Swedish Design<\/em> displays unique pieces from a range of disciplines: from product design to crafts.<\/p>\n

Young Swedish design<\/em> (Ung Svensk Form<\/em>) is a design award presented by a jury and handed out by the Svensk Form association every year.  20 of 400 received contributions have been selected to the Young Swedish design exhibition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of Young Swedish design 2016<\/em> is to increase and expand knowledge of young and innovative Swedish design. Svensk Form is in charge of the project and aims to promote the development of Swedish design – the keywords are free creation and exploration, with no demands on adaptation to market. Ung Svensk Form shall fulfil an important function as a meeting place between designers, producers and the general public.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition is the result of an award with the same name. Young Swedish Design 2016<\/em> is a co-production by ArkDes and Svensk Form (The Swedish Society of Crafts and Design), with support from IKEA and <\/span>Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
