Discover the most intriguing new designs from Sweden’s young creatives. The exhibition Young Swedish Design<\/em> displays unique pieces from a range of disciplines: from product design to crafts.<\/p>\n

Young Swedish Design<\/em> (Ung Svensk Form<\/em>)<\/span> provides a window to the future and a platform for young designers to showcase their ideas. The exhibition shows, among others, Matilda Norberg’s collection Earth’s Crust – Material rules<\/em> that studies knitting as a technique, Björn Friborg’s sculpture Implosion<\/em> which resembles a frozen moment, and Hemmo Honkonen’ s Audible Furniture<\/em> that produces sounds when used.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is the result of an award with the same name. Young Swedish Design 2018<\/em> is a co-production by ArkDes and Svensk Form (The Swedish Society of Crafts and Design), with support from IKEA and The City of Malmö.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
