Join the conversation about the future of Kista! Welcome to a knowledge day with ArkDes \u00a0and the City of Stockholm on Friday 6 November.<\/p>\n

Based on Kista\u2019s development, different voices and perspectives will be heard concerning how existing office buildings, urban spaces and infrastructure can be utilised and developed to meet new needs. The conversation will highlight challenges and opportunities in the transition to a more mixed and vibrant neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

The knowledge day is part of the open call RE:purpose<\/em> Kista<\/a> and a new collaboration between the City of Stockholm and ArkDes.<\/p>\n

About ArkDes' practice-based research<\/h2>\n \n

In addition to being a museum on Skeppsholmen, ArkDes explores real-world challenges through practice-based research. Architects and designers are invited to develop solutions using the tools of design. These projects are carried out in collaboration with policymakers, businesses, municipalities, regions, academia, and the public \u2013 shaping both small communities and large cities across Sweden.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
