The innovation project Visions in the North Step 2<\/em><\/a> is initiated by the Council for Living Cities<\/a> and is led by ArkDes in collaboration with the financiers Vinnova, Formas and the Swedish Energy Agency as well as the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.
