Interview with Zeke Virant (Avalanche Studios)

'Yarny, Medusa och en elefant: The Craft of Swedish Game Design'

Videogames are everywhere. We play them on desktop screens and on devices that we hold in our hands. At home, on the bus, alone and together. But what do you actually know about the creative visual worlds behind the screens?

Presenting never before shown material from the studios themselves, including sketchbooks and illustrations alongside prototypes and models, the exhibition pulls focus on talented image-makers who form part of this rapidly evolving field. Meet the designers who build the visual world of videogames and dive in to discover the craft behind one of Sweden’s dominant artistic fields.
